Who’s behind Yoomi?
Yoomi was built from a passion for finding a better way to capture true performance, for the benefit of organisations and their employees. We knew that the emotional connection to performance was missing.
Claire has over 25 years experience in corporate Human Resources, covering both general and strategic resource management. Most recently, Claire has been running her own HR consultancy business.
Claire is passionate about transforming outdated HR processes linked to appraisals and talent management by utilising her extensive experience in performance and engagement. In order to make a change, she believes it’s essential to consider elements of an employee’s wellbeing and emotion.

Prue has over 20 years experience in International Human Resources. Prior to Yoomi, she has consulted on both performance and talent management. Prue is keen to change the way performance is viewed by organisations.
She believes it’s time to approach the improvement of overall performance from a different angle, tapping into employee’s emotions and enabling managers to receive regular, immediate feedback from their employees.
